SAUVEN MARKING & DATA MATRIX
Now that several industries have adopted the Date Matrix in their coding program, we have added the full application of the 2D code to our Sauven 6000 Plus 6000 Plus, Sauven 1000 and Sauven 7000 series.
Currently we offer the Data Matrix according to the ECC200 specification, which we believe is the most common so far. For the future we have allowed for many more 2D formats. The 2D code is available in its full capacity from Sauven software version V04.36
2 YEAR DEADLINE
Pharmacies across the entire European Union will be required to read Data Matrix codes on pharmaceutical and drug packaging starting January 2011 and many have already started to get ready for the new standards.
